Registration is open for Class XI Indian School Certificate Examination, conducted by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi (ISC 2027).

Eligibility

The candidates who have obtained a separate minimum of 75 % in Physics, Chemistry, Maths /Biology and English in their class Xth. Pre-Board examinations may apply for admission to class XI in Science Stream, and 70 % or above overall to the Commerce Stream and Humanities. Students who have got 70% or above in Mathematics and 80% or above in Computer only can opt for Mathematics or Computer respectively in any stream.

Students performance, discipline and punctuality also will be the key factors for the admission.

Requirements

• Class X Pre-Board result.
• Photo copy of the Aadhaar Card/Aadhaar enrolment slip of the Student, Father and Mother.
• Recent Passport size photograph of the Student, Father and Mother.
• SC / ST/ OBC Certificate (if applicable).
• Photo copy of class 10th Statement of Marks from the ICSE Board after the board result.
• T.C ( for New Admission).

The school has provision for the teaching of Twelve subjects in Four groups. English is a compulsory subject for all streams.

Students seeking admission may register their names and take provisional admissions before 4th April 2025. Application forms are available on School Website www.stjosephsacademy.in from 1st February 2025 to 28th February 2025. Interview will be from 27 March for admission. Class starts on 7th April 2025.

Limited seats are available for class 11th. So, admission will be strictly based on merit and first come first served. Once seats are filled, we will be unable to provide admission. Admission will be closed by 4th April 2025.

• Eligibility Criteria : For Nursery : Children born between 1st April, 2021 to 31st March, 2022 (3 + yrs to 4 yrs, not more then 4 years).
• The form of a child, whose age is lesser than/more than above mentioned age, will not be accepted.
• Transport facility will be available for Nursery children from Raj Nagar Extension only.
• Registration form has to be filled online at the school website www.stjosephsacademy.in Printed Forms will not be available from the school.
• Please upload all the required documents while filling the form. ( PLEASE FILL IN CAPITAL LETTERS )
• Recent passport-size photographs of the child and parents.
• Birth certificate obtained from Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation.
• It is mandatory to have the Name of the child in the birth certificate.
• No changing of Date of Birth certificate permitted after the Registration.
• Aadhar card of Father, Mother & Student (or enrolment Number)



Name, Date of Birth, father’s name, Mother’s name of the child must be same in all the documents. (D.O.B certificate, cast certificate & Aadhar card.)

• Registration fee is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.
• Parents can download receipt of payment and Admit card from the same site where you have paid the registration fee. It is mandatory to bring the admit card at the time of interview.
• Decision by the management will be final regarding Selection & Admission.
• Mere Registration does not guarantee admission. Incomplete registration form & forms without necessary documents will be rejected.

• Eligibility Criteria for LKG. Admission : Children born between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021 are eligible (age should be between 4 years to 5 years; the child should not be older than 5 years).
• Registration forms for children whose age does not fall within the mentioned age group will not be accepted.
• The school reserves the right to cancel any admission at any stage if it is found that the admission was based on false information.
• Only 15 seats are available for LKG. admission.
• The registration form must be filled out online at the school website: www.stjosephsacademy.in Printed forms will not be available from the school.
• Please ensure that the required documents are uploaded while filling out the form. (Fill the form in capital letters only).
• Recent passport-size photographs of the child and both parents.
• Birth certificate issued by the Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation. (It is mandatory for the child's name to be mentioned on the birth certificate).
• Aadhar card of the Father, Mother, and Student.
