    Name, Date of Birth, father’s name, Mother’s name of the child must be same in all the documents. (D.O.B certificate, cast certificate & Aadhar card.)
  • Registration fee is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). This amount is to be paid online and is non-refundable.
  • Parents can download receipt of payment and Admit card from the same site where you have paid the registration fee. It is mandatory to bring the admit card at the time of interview.
  • Decision by the management will be final regarding Selection & Admission.
  • Mere Registration does not guarantee admission. Incomplete registration form & forms without necessary documents will be rejected.
PRINCIPAL

  • Eligibility Criteria for LKG. Admission : Children born between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021 are eligible (age should be between 4 years to 5 years; the child should not be older than 5 years).
  • Registration forms for children whose age does not fall within the mentioned age group will not be accepted.
  • The school reserves the right to cancel any admission at any stage if it is found that the admission was based on false information.
  • Only 15 seats are available for LKG. admission.
  • The registration form must be filled out online at the school website: www.stjosephsacademy.in Printed forms will not be available from the school.
  • Please ensure that the required documents are uploaded while filling out the form. (Fill the form in capital letters only).
    • Recent passport-size photographs of the child and both parents.
    • Birth certificate issued by the Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporation. (It is mandatory for the child's name to be mentioned on the birth certificate).
    • Aadhar card of the Father, Mother, and Student.

Registration is open for Class XI Indian School Certificate Examination, Conducted by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations New Delhi.

Eligibility

The candidates who have obtained a separate minimum of 70 percentage in Physics, Chemistry, Maths /Biology and English in their class X Pre-Board examinations may apply for admission to class XI in Science Stream, and those who have obtained 50 percentage in science subjects and 60 percentage or above in all other subjects to the Commerce Stream. Students who have got an aggregate 50 percentage of above can apply for group 4 (Economics, History, Political Science & Physical Education). Students who have got 70 above percentage in Mathematics and Computer only can opt for Mathematics or Computer in any stream.

Requirements
  • Class X Pre-Board result.
  • Photo copy of the Aadhaar Card/Aadhaar enrollment slip of the Student, Father and Mother.
  • Recent Passport size photograph of the Student, Father and Mother.
  • SC / ST/ OBC Certificate (if applicable).
  • Photo copy of class 10th Statement of Marks From the ICSE Board after the board result.

  • Those who want to avail/continue the School Transport Facility for the coming academic year (2024-2025) are requested to register their names with deposit of the fees for the months of April–May 2024 (18th March to 15th APRIL) through cheque/UPI in the school office between  1st March to 14th March 2024.  Seats are limited. Failure in registration within the stipulated period will result in the cancellation of your current seat. Please note that the validity of admission to transport facility is only for one year. Fee defaulters will not be allowed to register. Please bring a passport size photo to affix in the registration form. It is mandatory to take fresh admission for the coming year with fresh application.
