• The fee payment date for the academic session 2024 – 2025 will be from 1st April 2024 to 15th April 2024. After 15th fee should be paid with a fine of 50 rupees. Looking forward to your cooperation.

Registration is open for Class XI Indian School Certificate Examination, Conducted by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations New Delhi.

Eligibility

The candidates who have obtained a separate minimum of 70 percentage in Physics, Chemistry, Maths /Biology and English in their class X Pre-Board examinations may apply for admission to class XI in Science Stream, and those who have obtained 50 percentage in science subjects and 60 percentage or above in all other subjects to the Commerce Stream. Students who have got an aggregate 50 percentage of above can apply for group 4 (Economics, History, Political Science & Physical Education). Students who have got 70 above percentage in Mathematics and Computer only can opt for Mathematics or Computer in any stream.

Requirements

• Class X Pre-Board result.
• Photo copy of the Aadhaar Card/Aadhaar enrollment slip of the Student, Father and Mother.
• Recent Passport size photograph of the Student, Father and Mother.
• SC / ST/ OBC Certificate (if applicable).
• Photo copy of class 10th Statement of Marks From the ICSE Board after the board result.
• T.C ( for New Admission).

Students seeking admission may register their names and take provisional admissions before 31st March 2024. Application forms are available in school website. www.stjosephsacademy.in from 20th. March 2024. Interview will be start from 22 March for admission.Class starts on 1st April 2024.

Limited seats are available for class 11th. So admission will be strictly based on merit and first come first served. Once seats are filled, we will be unable to provide admission. Admission will be closed by 1st April 2024

Dear Parents,

• Those who want to avail/continue the School Transport Facility for the coming academic year (2024-2025) are requested to register their names with deposit of the fees for the months of April–May 2024 (18th March to 15th APRIL) through cheque/UPI in the school office between  1st March to 14th March 2024.  Seats are limited. Failure in registration within the stipulated period will result in the cancellation of your current seat. Please note that the validity of admission to transport facility is only for one year. Fee defaulters will not be allowed to register. Please bring a passport size photo to affix in the registration form. It is mandatory to take fresh admission for the coming year with fresh application.
